Parex Parinter Renovation

Parex Parinter is a lime-based restoration and bonding mortar, which is used as a base coat on old hydraulic cement and lime based renders, whether sound or cracked (but not delaminated) including painted surfaces on buildings where the original finish has aged, but remains sound. It adheres to most substrates, saving on time-consuming preparation work.

Parinter Renovation lime-based render is a high performance breathable base coat for buildings with sound, but ageing existing painted or plain facades, including painted renders in need of restoration. It has exceptionally good bonding characteristics and will adhere to most sound substrates, removing the need for time-consuming preparation work.

Suitable for manual or sprayed application directly on to existing sound substrates, including those coated in paint or thick coat synthetic systems, Parinter Renovation forms the basecoat for decorative coatings and can be notched, floated or raised according to the chosen finish.

The render is an ideal base for a broad range of render finishes including lime paint, lime render e.g. Parlumiere Moyen, Parlumiere Fin, Parexal, lightweight decorative coatings e.g. EHI GM & EHI GF, Calcilane Badigeon, Silicane Peinture, Crylane, cement renders e.g. Monorex GM or Monorex GF and decorative finishes, Calcilisse & Revlane.

Suitable for application in coats down to just 3 mm, Parinter Renovation can be applied as a thin facing, which does not conceal or interfere with existing fixtures or with ornamental detailing of a building.
